Allergen Information

Complete allergen information for retail dining venues is now located HERE and at each retail location.

 For students with food allergies, celiac or non-celiac gluten intolerance, there are Simple Servings to-go meals offered daily in the coolers at 518 Market in Campus Center. All foods served by Simple Servings are prepared exclusively with ingredients which do not contain the following food allergens or gluten:

  •         Milk
  •          Eggs
  •         Wheat
  •         Soy
  •         Shellfish
  •         Peanuts
  •         Tree Nuts

Note: Retail dining menu items are prepared in a facility which uses the above ingredients in the production of other dishes. Although we take measures to ensure against this, the possibility of cross contact does exist.

Allergen information is also available at the resident dining halls (Indigenous Quad and State Quad)
